Digital Encoding
Skyline's laboratory facilty provides encoding for most of the audio and video formats currently flying. We recently implemented MPEG 4 movie encoding which makes possible a picture with four times as much resolution whilst only using the same bandwidth as MPEG1 see the pictures made from actual frame grabs for some idea of the improvement in quality. Formats handled include video Mpeg 1, Mpeg2, Mpeg4, H264/AVC, VC1/wmv, audio Mpeg 2,3,4 aac,ac3 as well as most announcement formats.
